previous species.
Taxonomic
notes. Despite
sharing unique facies features with the previous species, diversisigna lacks
the male abdominal modifications but has a much larger, paddle-shaped valve with
a strong, long, ventral harpe and a dense coating of small, dark deciduous
scales. The uncus is normal rather than reduced.
Geographical
range. Sumatra,
Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The
species is rare, taken only on G. Kinabalu from 1970m to 2600m.
