Diagnosis. The forewings are a paler grey, tinged
yellow and marked with black. The antemedial is distinctly oblique, triarcuate.
The postmedial is angled centrally, with a diagnostic extension of the angle to
the distal margin.
Geographical range. N.E. Himalaya, Taiwan, Burma,
Singapore, Borneo, Sumatra, Sulawesi.
Habitat preference. Single specimens have been taken in
recent surveys from lowland forest at 170m near the Danum Valley Field Centre,
Sabah and at 30‑60m at Labi in Brunei. There is also an older specimen
from Samarinda in the lowlands of Kalimantan.
