Diagnosis. This is the largest of the three species,
easily distinguished by its pure pale orange-yellow hindwings.
Geographical
range.
Sri Lanka, India, Andamans, Sundaland, Philippines, Sulawesi.
Habitat preference. Five specimens have been recorded in
various types of lowland forest, including heath forest in Brunei, but single
specimens were taken at 1200m and 1930m on G. Kinabalu and at 1618m on Bukit
Retak.
