Corcobara Moore
Type
species: angulipennis Moore.
This
monobasic genus is, as discussed above, very similar to Brontypena
in
male genitalia, but differs in facies, particularly the strongly angled forewing
margin which is a relatively uniform fawn-brown with paler transverse striae.
The hindwing is yellow with a distinctive subapical black patch. The biology is
described below.
