12 & 13mm. This species is also externally similar to the preceding ones. It has genitalia similar to those of pala but with only a small spine on the tegumen and minor but consistent differences elsewhere: the valves have the dorsal process more basal, more robust, with a few small subsidiary spines; the ventral process is more blunt, upturned and rugose; the aedeagus has four or more small stout spines around its apex rather than three more elongate ones.

Holotype . BRUNEI: 30-60m, Labi, lowland forest and secondary veg., 12.1.80 (Lt. Col. M.G. Allen), BM noctuid slide 20008.

Paratype . Bidi, SARAWAK, 1907-1908 (C.J. Brooks), BM noctuid slide 19751.

Geographical range. Borneo.

Habitat preference. Both specimens are from the lowlands in disturbed habitats.
