Kobes
Cossedia proesei Kobes, 1984, Heterocera Sumatrana, 2: 30.
Cossedia proesei Kobes; Kobes, 1997: 37.

two-thirds of the forewing, separated from the apical marks by an irregular
yellow bar, and there is a large yellow subbasal patch. The hindwings are
extensively grey, much less strongly produced at the margin.
Geographical range. Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference.
Two Bornean specimens seen have been from heath
forest and lowland dipterocarp forest in Brunei. A further singleton was
recorded from the latter habitat at Barito Ulu in Kalimantan.
