Diagnosis. The forewings are diffusely multifasciate in reddish brown and
pale purplish grey, the dark fasciae occuring in antemedial and postmedial
pairs.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. On G. Kinabalu the species was frequent from 1200m to
2600m, more numerous from 1620m to 1930m. On G. Mulu it was taken at 1790m, and
also occurs on G. Poi in Sarawak and Bukit Pagon (1680m) in Brunei.
