Carea argentiviridis Holloway, 1976: 25.
Diagnosis. The forewing fasciae are oblique as in the previous two species,
but set in a ground of variegated brownish green with silvery grey suffusion and
highlights, particularly along the basal edge of each fascia and across the
somewhat produced apex which bears a white fleck.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is frequent, but never common, from the
lowlands to 1930m.
