10mm. The forewings are a more uniform violet-grey than in confluens,
with a more distinctive black centre to the reniform. The pale patches on the
dorsum are whiter and deeper than in confluens, the more distal one
shorter. The antemedial is more strongly arcuate and more distal on the wing. In
the abdomen the apodemes of the eighth tergite are longer, more robust. The
genitalia are also more elongate, the arms of the valve straight, both
parallel-sided, apically rounded, the dorsal one much narrower, hairy, and with
a central, inwardly directed spur. The diaphragm and intersegmental membrane in
the vincular area are darkened with numerous fine setal bases (damaged in
illustration).

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The only specimens are from an area of dry lowland heath
forest.
