testacea postrubra Swinhoe;

Diagnosis. This species is a little larger than the next but easily confused with
it. The forewing is more fawn and is more even in tone, rather than being darker
over the costal third; there is a generally more prominent submarginal row of
dark flecks. The hindwing of testacea is immaculate on the underside but Hunyada
species usually have a curved postmedial row of small black dots.
Geographical range. N.E. Himalaya; Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. Bornean specimens number only three, all from Sabah,
two from G. Kinabalu or its vicinity. None have habitat data but the species is
probably of the lowlands.
