Saliocleta nannion Kiriakoff, 1974: 983.

Saliocleta nannion

Diagnosis.
This is the smallest and most lightly marked of the Saliocleta and Norraca species, the ground of both wings being very pale yellow, the forewing with a faint rich brown suffusion along the dorsum.

Taxonomic note. A similar species, undescribed, occurs in India but has stellate spicules as well as spines in the aedeagus vesica. S. barasamphia Schaus from the Philippines is externally similar but has, in the male genitalia, bifid gnathal processes, a more acute spine to the aedeagus apex and only very small spines in the vesica.

Geographical range. Sumatra, Borneo.

Habitat preference. The only Bornean specimen seen was a male from Bidi, Sarawak, with no habitat data.
