15mm. The forewing is even satiny white with a faint discal spot
and a yellow tinge to the fringes and costa. The frons between the eyes and
antennal bases has a broad circular patch of dark reddish brown, darker in two
transverse zones, with a white area ventral to it. The palps are medium rufous
brown and the legs are spotted. The male genitalia are similar to those of parvaclava
but the uncus is narrower, the aedeagus has lateral horn-like processes, and
the harpe is slightly longer than the valve, with a slender stem and a broader,
spatulate, sparsely spined head to the club.

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The type locality was in a majestic area of montane
forest that was subsequently de-gazetted from Kinabalu Park for conversion to
agriculture and leisure development.
