Diagnosis. This species is smaller than tripunctaria, with only very fine
white streaks basally on the forewing. The hindwing border is narrower,
particularly at the tornus.
Geographical range. Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is infrequent in open and disturbed
habitats from the lowlands to 1500m.
Biology. N. regularis flies by day.
