Diagnosis. This is a much larger species than Leucoplema ruptifascia
Warren
comb. n.
though of similar colour. The forewing medial
band is entire though centrally constricted. The hindwing is more uniform,
finely speckled, with faint, fine, angled fasciae.
Taxonomic notes. The juxta and valves of the male genitalia are as in the generic
description, though the latter are more strongly ornamented than in the type
species.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The unique specimen was taken at 1760m on G.
Kinabalu.
