Actenochroma Warren
Type species muscicoloraria Walker.
The male antennae in this monobasic genus are filiform. The wings are a
clear pale green above, marbled darker submarginally beyond fine, crenulate
darker green postmedials. The underside has the black discal spots and
submarginal bands as in other Pseudoterpniti.
In the male abdomen the third sternite has a diffuse central zone of
weak setae. The genitalia have the uncus narrow, long, digitate, set between
broadly splayed, rather shoe-shaped socii. The valves are long, narrow, apically
acute, with a large central digitate process, scobinate, extending to the apex
of the valve.
No females were available for study.
