Diagnosis. The pale olivaceous brown wings are speckled with black and traversed by
rather fine, irregularly crenulate and angled, black fasciae. The forewing
postmedial has a distinct, obtuse, central angle.
Geographical range. Borneo, Natuna Is., Sumatra.
Habitat preference. The species is very rare. In recent surveys single
specimens have been taken at 150m (hill dipterocarp forest) and 1000m (lower
montane forest) on G. Mulu and in forest at 60m in Ulu Belait, Brunei.
