Diagnosis. This and the next two species have a
prominent white discal spot on the hindwing. In leucoceraea the wings are
more translucent, striate, the fasciae diffusely paler rather than punctate
white. The male genitalia have the uncus angled, coarse spines to the processes
flanking the juxta and a scobinate flap at the base of the valve costa.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference. Three specimens were taken in upper
montane forest on G. Mulu and Bukit Retak. One female was taken at 150m in wet
kerangas forest just west of the Melinau Gorge.
