9-12mm. See H.
neptunaria and H. krakenaria above. Diagnostic features of the male
genitalia are a relatively short, downflexed saccular process and a small,
narrow dorsal flap. The genitalia of a putative female (slide 10751) are also
illustrated.

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is more frequent in lower montane forest but has been
taken in a range of lowland forest types as well. Only dissected specimens are
included in the type series.
