11mm. The general shape and facies is as in muluensis, except the basal area of the forewing is paler. The labial palps have the second segment shallowly triangular, with the third segment very small. The male antennae are as in muluensis but the labial palps have the dorsal scaling of the the second segment more angled than domed. The male genitalia are similar to those of muluensis except the valve has only a shallow bulge subbasally on the costa and the saccular process is more slender, more heavily sclerotised and more strongly curved. The aedeagus is similar to that of muluensis.

Holotype . SARAWAK: Gunong Mulu Nat. Park, R.G.S. Exped. 1977-8 (J.D. Holloway et al.), Site 13, February, Camp 2, Mulu, 500m, 401464, mixed dipt. for., BM noctuid slide 19987.

Geographical range. Borneo.

Habitat preference. The only specimen is from hill dipterocarp forest.
