A further species is represented by a single damaged female from the understorey of secondary forest at about 170m on the Bukit Atur Road near the Danum Valley Field Centre in Sabah. The mostly black forewing is more variegated than that of the previous one, with clearly defined, slightly curved and oblique white antemedial and postmedial fasciae. The stigmata are also associated with pale markings, and there is an irregular and broken white submarginal.
