Calymera lukaschi Kobes
Calymera lukaschi Kobes, 1997: 107.
Diagnosis.
Both forewings and hindwings are deep,
dull orange-red, the latter somewhat paler with the distal margin slightly
angled centrally. The forewings are crossed by slightly oblique, sinuous
fasciae, the postmedial accompanied by a more distal fascia following the same
course and then by the punctate submarginal. The distal margin is straight,
darkened.
Geographical range. Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference.
Only two specimens have been taken in Borneo, from
lowland forest at Labi and from an area of coastal and secondary forest at Seria
in Brunei.
