Diagnosis.
This and the
next species are smaller than the previous two, with paler creamy fawn forewings
that have a series of dark brown flecks along the costal margin and a triangle
of the same colour on the distal margin. See also the diagnosis of the next
species.
Taxonomic
note. The
holotype of blanda (NMN, Leiden) has
lost its abdomen, so this identification is based on comparison of facies only.
Geographical range. Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat
preference. Two
specimens have been seen, both from an area of disturbed lowland forest at
Poring (600m) on the eastern slopes of G. Kinabalu.
