Diagnosis. The facies of the upperside is distinctive, particularly the dark
patch submarginally between CuAl and CuA2 on the hindwing. The punctate black
markings of the hindwing underside distinguish pratti from all other
Bornean Pseudoterpniti.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The species is rare. Single
individuals were taken in hill dipterocarp forest at 150m on G. Mulu, in a
similar biotope at 300m in Ulu Temburong and in lower montane forest at 900m on
G. Api. There is a single specimen also from Samarinda in the lowlands of
Kalimantan.
