Diagnosis. This is, genitalically, a member of the munda group, but has
facies similar to that of cosmia Swinhoe and allies (See
Toxoproctis cosmia Collenette comb.n), with the
forewing having the basal grey and distal yellow areas more equal.
Geographical range. Singapore, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. All Bornean material seen is from Brunei, mostly from
dry heath forest at Telisai (15m) but also from the coast at Seria, from
lowland forest at 300m in the Ulu Temburong and from montane forest at 1670m on
Bukit Pagon.
