Diagnosis. See the generic diagnosis. The combination of transverse discal bars and
dentate fasciae on a uniform ash grey ground, and, in the male, a forewing
fovea, is diagnostic.
Geographical range. Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra.
Habitat preference. One specimen was taken in forest on limestone at 250m
during the Mulu survey. The limited older material seen is also predominantly
from lowland localities.
